      Interesting business challenges with long backlog of work

      Cons

      New IT app dev management is biased toward employees from their previous workplace. Long-standing developers who built, and maintained the applications over the years have been left in the dark. We’ve already lost some good people but they don’t seem to care. They are hoping thar offshore teams will save the day, but they just don’t have a clue.

      Great company - solid future

      Cons

      New additions to Senior Team have brought a lot of non productive politics to the business. An environment that use to be caring and thoughtful now is a place where you need to watch your back. New President is rude and dismissive. Not interested in team but self promotion. Not a great place to work anymore.
