      Dedicated people on production floor. Good benefits. Pay within limits of other companies

      Cons

      Management puts a lot of stress on employees. And production floor feels it all about the immediate bottom line and that some decisions reflect that instead of long term plans

      Great company - solid future

      Cons

      New additions to Senior Team have brought a lot of non productive politics to the business. An environment that use to be caring and thoughtful now is a place where you need to watch your back. New President is rude and dismissive. Not interested in team but self promotion. Not a great place to work anymore.
