      Great Leaders, a wide range of people working here, and many employees have been around for years. Lots of diversity and top leaders connect with people at all levels in the organization and listen to them. Great benefits and new ownership has the company on solid financial footing.

      401k match is a bit lower than average.

      Great company - solid future

      Cons

      New additions to Senior Team have brought a lot of non productive politics to the business. An environment that use to be caring and thoughtful now is a place where you need to watch your back. New President is rude and dismissive. Not interested in team but self promotion. Not a great place to work anymore.
