      Great team members and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Culture has eroded. PE firm controls decisions. Bottom line is the only thing that matters. Leadership are soldiers delivering messages. They say they are employee focused but don't provide adequate support to do your job because it would impact financials.

      Great company - solid future

      Cons

      New additions to Senior Team have brought a lot of non productive politics to the business. An environment that use to be caring and thoughtful now is a place where you need to watch your back. New President is rude and dismissive. Not interested in team but self promotion. Not a great place to work anymore.
