The company is owned by a PE firm notorious for bad management. The leadership is weak at best and hostile/incompetent at worst. There have been mass firings of people related to business development - some of whom had recently left long careers with the promise of growth and stability. There is more to come at the direction of the board. The overall morale is horrible for those of us left and most are actively looking to leave. The CEO is unwilling or unable to effectively lead. The current Chief Strategy Officer is so unqualified and despised that it is a running question within the company why she is allowed to continue even with the protection of the board. And that is really the problem - the current PE owner is cutting as much cost as possible in order to sell. Their short-term gain will come at the expense of the long term goals. Stay far away.
