- The people at Imagine is what really matters. So many people are hired via referrals and come back to Imagine after thinking the grass is greener some other place.
- Benefits are good and continue to give raises every year even though they're already paying well.
- We get to work on printed materials for some of the world's most well known brands. It's fun to see what we actually produce out in stores and know it came through Imagine.
Cons
- Not many cons. The goals leadership sets are attainable but we have to work hard to reach them.

Pros
Culture is amazing, leadership prioritizes the people and provides optimal opportunity for cross-training and opportunities for advancement.
New additions to Senior Team have brought a lot of non productive politics to the business. An environment that use to be caring and thoughtful now is a place where you need to watch your back. New President is rude and dismissive. Not interested in team but self promotion. Not a great place to work anymore.
