      The work is pretty easy and you don't need prior experience

      Cons

      Work load is inconsistent. Sometimes you have nothing to do and sometimes you get slammed with calls and emails and it is hard to keep up.

      Great company - solid future

      Cons

      New additions to Senior Team have brought a lot of non productive politics to the business. An environment that use to be caring and thoughtful now is a place where you need to watch your back. New President is rude and dismissive. Not interested in team but self promotion. Not a great place to work anymore.
