Privately held. Excellent pay, health care benefits, bonus structure and time off.

Cons

As the company grows so does the layers of management. More politics to navigate. Recruiting in many new employees that have worked on large corporate brands. These new employees have influenced the company culture creating more of a Type A culture in sales + marketing.

Lots of employees with long tenures - a sign that people like working here. Excellent onboarding process for new employees. Employees at all levels are friendly and approachable. Great products!
