Pros
People really are treated as the most important asset at CM, more than any other company I've worked for in my career. The executive leadership team has evolved to be very healthy role models and is doing so in a very authentic, transparent way. Pay and benefits are very competitive and generous.
Cons
CM has an opportunity to have a stronger digital presence. We are more contemporary than we appear to be to the external world.
