Pros
CM is a wonderful Company with great benefits, people, facility and environment. We are here to do a job and we get paid well for that but management also makes us feel appreciated and important to the company. They listen to us and try to make it an even better place to work. I see why so many retire from here, I know I will!
Cons
If anything I think some managers might be too lenient or a bit inconsistent in their management styles. Some employees are ok with just floating through their job, never giving any more than they have to while others work so much harder to even it all out.
