      Great products, great pay and benefits, family owned business.

      Cons

      Change is unbelievably slow. Time is spent on planning but execution is lacking. Bad behaviors by individuals is acknowledged but never resolved. It can be a hostile work environment in select departments.

      Pros

      Lots of employees with long tenures - a sign that people like working here. Excellent onboarding process for new employees. Employees at all levels are friendly and approachable. Great products!
