Andy Heily has successfully taken the reigns from his father and brought in some visionary talent to help lead the company into the future. Change Management, Marketing, Focus and Determination will help guide CM to become the premiere Baking Mix supplier in the market. Transforming a legacy family-owned business is not an easy task in today's world, but the strategy is laid out and some 'tough love' decisions are being made for the betterment of both the culture and the company as a whole. Very encouraging to see.
Cons
Onboarding can be tough; established training material is hopefully in development, and will help new Sales members in the future conform to their roles. As stated prior, company is in Transition/Transformation mode, so it may seem 'uneven' without the proper perspective. PS Short-Term Bumpy Roads ahead due to source of materials, but I believe the 'long game' will prevail.
