Pros

The low ball pay checks are at least on time.

Cons

Too many to list but management is a complete joke and they will find any reason to cut your bonus in half. How does one get great reviews from their onsite supervisor and still get only half a bonus? I constantly had to chase down HR to make sure the little vacation time I did get was correct. Management leaves their contractor's alone on an island. If you just need money to hold you over until you get the job you really want it's fine but outside of that RUN!!!

Thank you for taking the time to complete this review and listing timely pay as a positive aspect of TLN. The company uses a model that calculates the bonus amount based on a number of factors, including performance, customer satisfaction, timely submission of timesheets, email responsiveness, etc. We track throughout the year. As you know, we also hold individual bonus discussions where we review the outcome and rationale. Most of our employees receive 100% of their bonuses, so it’s really hard to only get half, but I’m sure it was reviewed and documented with you. Our HR team is always willing to chat and would be happy to sit down with you to discuss the rationale again. Our employees love our bonus process because we've been told it’s fair and rewards employees for meeting and exceeding TLN 's expectations.
