Pros

The low ball pay checks are at least on time.

Cons

Too many to list but management is a complete joke and they will find any reason to cut your bonus in half. How does one get great reviews from their onsite supervisor and still get only half a bonus? I constantly had to chase down HR to make sure the little vacation time I did get was correct. Management leaves their contractor's alone on an island. If you just need money to hold you over until you get the job you really want it's fine but outside of that RUN!!!

Thank you for taking the time to complete this review and listing timely pay as a positive aspect of TLN. The company uses a model that calculates the bonus amount based on a number of factors, including performance, customer satisfaction, timely submission of timesheets, email responsiveness, etc. We track throughout the year. As you know, we also hold individual bonus discussions where we review the outcome and rationale. Most of our employees receive 100% of their bonuses, so it’s really hard to only get half, but I’m sure it was reviewed and documented with you. Our HR team is always willing to chat and would be happy to sit down with you to discuss the rationale again. Our employees love our bonus process because we've been told it’s fair and rewards employees for meeting and exceeding TLN 's expectations.

Pros

Strong salary and US SEC contracts

Cons

The company has an extreme, ridiculous interviewing process and the CEO can be very rude most times when speaking with her. Getting on board was not smooth and it appears as if the staff was fumbling through the process, not to mention is was onerous.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this review on The Leading Niche. We are proud of our high salaries and strong contracts with various customers. Our interview process was developed based on some of the best experts in the industry, so we apologize that you felt it was long. We love to learn as much as we can about candidates and give them time to learn about us. We know this is a big decision for you, so we want you to feel that you’ve had ample time to meet various individuals in the company. It’s a partnership, and you’re joining the TLN Family, also affectionately known as TeamTLN. Thanks for the comments on the onboarding process. Yes, we were moving to a new system with an outside vendor, and you’re right. Whoa! That was tough, but we got through it and hope that it’s easier now. If you have any other suggestions, let’s have lunch!

We have weekly huddles to discuss what is coming up in the week. Weekly huddles are quite common. I would love to have lunch to discuss ways that the weekly huddles do not feel like micromanaging. Thanks!
