I worked on a project for The Leading Niche to help with consulting on Supplier Diversity. My team consisted of 3 individuals and we worked in tandem through the planning, development, execution, and evaluation process. Each of us were in different locations initially and had to send documents back and forth via email quite often. This might have been an arduous task for some, but I felt that my team was did very well together. We scheduled conference calls each week and remained in constant contact with each other. One of the good things about being with TLN is that the lines of communication are always open. This makes it much easier to complete tasks and eliminate confusion.
