      Fast paced, usually busy, training opportunities.

      Cons

      Hires anyone and everyone and hopes one sticks which is rare given the drug use that runs rampant through this place. Diversity is here - with normal folks with families and then overrun by drug addicted meth heads with sharp objects

      Great training, patient, kind, skilled and smart. Amazing management. Owners / upper management seem to really genuinely care. They bought me sheers better than my school pair, co workers lend tools to help you out its fantastic

      Petty drama but I don’t pay much attention to that so it’s not a con for me

      Seniority stylists are given free range to run the shops how they want, which generally does not have the shops best interest.
