menta is like a place for everyone on the surface but beneath the classy surface Level they are very multi background level , numerous controlled severity which affects how the students perceive , feel , act at the school in A negative way , the staff have time sensitivity in a impatient way , School doesn’t feel like a hallway with lockers.It feels like a battlefield disguised with fluorescent lights to the students especially with It’s surface trauma the kind that scrapes at the nerves the feeling of being cornered by expectations , the way the body tenses before they even enter the door, the constant imbalance of wanting to disappear but having to be seen is how it is mentally process by most students, It’s chaos wrapped in routine Kids feel pain, pressure, rejection, and fear intensely.And adults often dismiss it as normal, even though it can shape how someone feels for years.If they cry, they’re told to stop.If they shut down, they’re told to speak. If they speak, they’re told to calm down.It becomes a cycle where nothing feels safe , the teens feel the environment is overstimulating their sense of worth and belonging They experience things at home or internally that school doesn’t understand.So the environment feels cold, too strict , too demanding which affects them how they see reality at times Children also cry because school treats them like small adults, When teens show personality or emotions, school sees it as a problem, not growth. They focus on rules over humanity. How are your grades?Not How are you actually doing? No one checks if you’re mentally drained but they’ll check if their shoes have anything inside some students learn to mask.Pretend okay. Pretend confident.Pretend focused. Pretend stable.It’s not their fault the environment demands it They don’t understand teen pressure. Students deal with hormone identity relationships family issues friendships future pressures self on top of school work.Adults often forget what that feels like. It’s not because students are bad and dramatic It’s because the system of the school is designed in ways that crush real emotions. Everything becomes their fault at the perspective of the students They also been making kids cry and scream by touching them , Not because teens are weakness ,but because the system is outdated, insensitive, and built without high emotional understanding. I’m not trying to expose anyone or make people look bad.I’m saying this because the environment affects kids more than adults realize. .
