Pros

Mission at a time when some tech companies only care about profits. Great benefits with lots of flexibility, and great for focus on self care with our without kids. Many at the company are passionate about building a better world with better tech.

Cons

Staff members are not as valued as fellows and senior leadership.

Pros

Truly the best job I've ever had--company culture is fantastic, everyone is kind and respectful, the work is missional and impactful, work-life balance is superb (summer Fridays, flexible work hours), benefits are great.

Cons

The foundation is non-profit and the pay is below average--that would be my only complaint
