Pros
Love the mission and energy of the staff. The diversity of the executive team is huge plus and allows for many diverse viewpoints to be addressed. Jen came in to a difficult situation and did a fantastic job getting the organization back on track after the challenges left by the previous CEO.
Cons
Within IT, too many prima donna programmers. My supervisor was more interested in managing up with an eye on leadership than dealing with internal team issues. Much of the work is done in silos without feedback from teams outside IT.
