Pros

I love my team. Our local work is impactful and we have some the smartest, most caring people Ive ever met working here. Great benefits

Cons

The further up in the org you get, the more disconnected from the work you are (and it shows). Pay can be archaicly low, depending on your location (unless you are on the executive team, then your pay is outstanding)

Pros

Mission is awesome. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Prioritizes comfort over continuous improvement. Very bureaucratic and slow. Incredibly sensitive culture to a point of extremity--don't think you're in a safe space or that you can be open with any communication. Someone will be offended by your honesty and the backlash is yours to manage. They prefer people to just go with the flow even if it's painful, inefficient, etc.
