Great mission Motivated and smart co-workers; good-hearted, mission-driven people Room for creativity and continuous momentum Forward thinking organization that is truly making an impact Strategic direction and planning drives progress individually and as an org Retirement plan is exceptional for a non-profit
Cons
Hard to move within the organization Health benefits are expensive. Purchasing private insurance for my family prices out to be about the same as the 'paid' benefits here. Pay is what you'd expect from a large non-profit. not bad, not great. Competitive environment that contributes to distrust
