      The atmosphere within this company is fantastic. They genuinely care about the staff and their goals. Whether or not those long term goals involve staying with the company. They offer flexibility when possible and have a family first attitude when it comes to work/life balance.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
