Pros
I have worked in staffing for several years. I had initially tried to transition away from the staffing industry after working for two other companies for several years. However, after a lay off at a company, I did not have much of an option. I had to dive back into staffing. I found an honest and open approach to business which was a nice change of pace. The company culture is great and many people seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. HSA, 401k match, room for advancement, and great co-workers all the way from corporate to the local branch.
Cons
The insurance leaves a little to be desired but that is to be expected in the post-ADA world. The starting salary is a little low but then again, it's entry level so I suppose that comes with the territory. While definitely the exception and not the rule, there are certain key players in the company that seem to lead by barking orders instead of leading by example. That can, at times, kill morale a little bit.
