      Positive atmosphere, truly walking the talk on treating people right, encouraging employees' strengths, and keeping a sense of humor!

      Cons

      Growing so fast it's hard to keep up with all that's happening in all the offices and to spread all the good traits of the company culture out to every single employee.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
