      rarely answer their phones, rarely make call backs, you have to stay on top of them to get you work assignments. they have poor employee relations,

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
