      Onin is very innovative with technology. They are very concerned with the teammates at work for their clients. They have a great outreach program for the community.

      Cons

      They do not pay their branch employees for their hard work. There is a lack of communication between the middle management and branches.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
