      family/life oriented- allows for time off for family/life events "family/community" feel about the office easily work your way up in your department or transfer to new department

      Cons

      inconsistent salaries- low paying to some departments while other departments get basically whatever they want

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
