      Paid my salary. Some literature and hand outs were good.

      Cons

      Horrible place to work. No training, train as you go. Stop doing those silly IT videos. No encouragement from management. Low pay.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
