      Pros

      The company leaders are great people! They really care about the success of each and every office.

      Cons

      Recruiters are severely underpaid in the industry in general, so if the average wages are higher now than in 2017, I'm sure it will go up at Onin as well.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
