      Strong company financially, opportunities to explore career paths. Good company "culture".

      Cons

      Base compensation isn't in line with market rate in a lot of cases. Benefits are used to make up for that (good rates on healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, etc).

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
