      People are amazing, benefits are evaluated and updated every year, People and Culture department ensures that culture is #1, and they live to their Motto of "Create Opportunity and Empower People", tons of growth opportunities and development outlines

      Cons

      Like any corporate there are corporate politics, the company in 2022 is going through some significant growth spurts which means occasional changing of operations (like technology advances that need to be learned), but all in all, way more benefits to problems.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, good leadership, mission driven. I was accepted and put to work on executive projects that I still reference today!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the HQ is in Birmingham so there is a lot of online meetings / cross functional teams - if that is an issue for you.
