Pros
Medical insurance is pretty decent
Cons
The interview was quite standard. My first week consisted of going through endless training blobs that didn’t exactly let me know what my day to day tasks would be Second week I was in nashville region “training” which honestly has no curriculum or standards of how to do your job I was asked if I have any questions but what type of questions should I have if I don’t know what my job duties would be I returned to the branch I was at and came in to a nightmare The branch was completely underperforming and there is no feasible way out of it The branch team itself is three very dramatic women who thrive on lying and gossiping who underperform They eventually let me know that KNOWING I have zero staffing experience need someone more seasoned You have absolutely no prospects for new clients to service and a sales driver who literally does nothing The branch will never succeed The is younger and lacks the capability of training nor developing a training plan so people will be more successful You’re so far off from the other branches in the TN region you just have to figure it out yourself and when you do they tell you no thats wrong How can people 400 miles away know much about that branch let alone the area? They don’t live in memphis I was sexually assaulted at a clients site and was told by the that it was not how bad I told her I claimed this Monday then Wednesday was my last day All in all Onin has a great culture There are great people outside of the Region but as far as. Im concerned avoid this place They underpay and over work you I have 19 years experience in recruiting and was paid 48K per year I took the job due to the great culture
