The staff made the worst of a bad situation after I was asked for a hand job by one of the plant workers in Evans City, PA. I received no support. My rep refused to take my call and stopped responding to emails. I would never recommend this company. They just hung onto Marathon's coat tails and threw me to the wolves. God will get them for the way that they treated me.

Pros

Good breadth of offerings in the staffing world and some boutique consulting services, although they have recently carved off some businesses and that is making them more niche again.

Cons

Constant turnover at the top levels. They have lost at least 2 CEOs (without any public notice) and there's been a lot of talent loss and role-shifting at the VP levels and above. They have radically changed comp plans within the Sales teams, and it's caused them to lose a lot of their A players. Cost-cutting seems to be the driver. Honestly, I'm not sure what their strategy is anymore. They seemed to have a "plan" when I was there, but they've become just another staffing company in my mind.
