Pros

Fair pay, healthy work environment, great communication, supportive co-workers, family oriented ... overall, a great place to work! I look forward to coming to work and I leave feeling accomplished. The environment is competitive and supportive at the same time, keeping you motivated to continuously reach your full potential. Most importantly to me, Planet Forward offers a healthy balance between work and family; I love the emphasis on family first that is supported across all levels of the organization.

Pros

Good breadth of offerings in the staffing world and some boutique consulting services, although they have recently carved off some businesses and that is making them more niche again.

Cons

Constant turnover at the top levels. They have lost at least 2 CEOs (without any public notice) and there's been a lot of talent loss and role-shifting at the VP levels and above. They have radically changed comp plans within the Sales teams, and it's caused them to lose a lot of their A players. Cost-cutting seems to be the driver. Honestly, I'm not sure what their strategy is anymore. They seemed to have a "plan" when I was there, but they've become just another staffing company in my mind.
