Pros

-Truly enjoyable work culture -Excellent leadership at multiple levels of the organization -Abundant resources and knowledgeable colleagues who are invested in your success -Growth opportunities -Strong earning potential (rewards savvy and hard-working professionals)

Cons

-Lacks some desirable benefits like matching 401k and commuter programs -"Growing pains" (ie. change management could improve and organizational structure for long-term growth requires regular attention)

Pros

Good breadth of offerings in the staffing world and some boutique consulting services, although they have recently carved off some businesses and that is making them more niche again.

Cons

Constant turnover at the top levels. They have lost at least 2 CEOs (without any public notice) and there's been a lot of talent loss and role-shifting at the VP levels and above. They have radically changed comp plans within the Sales teams, and it's caused them to lose a lot of their A players. Cost-cutting seems to be the driver. Honestly, I'm not sure what their strategy is anymore. They seemed to have a "plan" when I was there, but they've become just another staffing company in my mind.
