Pros

- Strong commission plans and incentives - Quick promotion and earning potential - Competitive culture with a ton of collaboration between recruitment and sales - Support and recruit on a variety of jobs with well known companies nationwide - Open communication with senior management - Fun environment with team outings, lunch and learns, contests, etc.

Cons

- Hours can be long but the more you put in, the more you get out in this type of environment

Pros

Good breadth of offerings in the staffing world and some boutique consulting services, although they have recently carved off some businesses and that is making them more niche again.

Cons

Constant turnover at the top levels. They have lost at least 2 CEOs (without any public notice) and there's been a lot of talent loss and role-shifting at the VP levels and above. They have radically changed comp plans within the Sales teams, and it's caused them to lose a lot of their A players. Cost-cutting seems to be the driver. Honestly, I'm not sure what their strategy is anymore. They seemed to have a "plan" when I was there, but they've become just another staffing company in my mind.
