Pros

The overall company vision is that of growth and opportunity. Since 2009 the company has taking every step to ensure the continued success of the organization and its employees. They've created an atmosphere that allows self motivated individuals to excel in the work place by offering a competitive compensation plan and incentives. They have also ensured that their employees have access to all the tools and resources the industry has to offer. This includes the industry best ATS system, proven training programs, general and industry specific job board access, and individual LinkedIn recruiter accounts.

Pros

Good breadth of offerings in the staffing world and some boutique consulting services, although they have recently carved off some businesses and that is making them more niche again.

Cons

Constant turnover at the top levels. They have lost at least 2 CEOs (without any public notice) and there's been a lot of talent loss and role-shifting at the VP levels and above. They have radically changed comp plans within the Sales teams, and it's caused them to lose a lot of their A players. Cost-cutting seems to be the driver. Honestly, I'm not sure what their strategy is anymore. They seemed to have a "plan" when I was there, but they've become just another staffing company in my mind.
