Pros

People on the teams are supportive. Good onboarding program for new hires that have little to no experience. The new marketing team is excellent.

Cons

The company just instituted a 1 week PTO for non-carrying parents such as fathers or adopting parents but did not find this a priority to include carrying-parents such as mothers! No maternity benefits offered by the company. The only benefits are state and insurance mandated which is super minimal. Why would you make this unequal? Especially when you have a diversity, equality, and inclusion committee. No overrides for managers and lack of incentive to produce high-performing teams. No 401k match Convoluted administrative tasks like booking a placement in two places. At the subsidiary level, there's a lack of power to implement new ideas and changes, even by high-level employees. During 2020, they laid off employees and cut salaries but continued to acquire two companies and hire new employees. The commission structure is not competitive compared to other agencies.

Pros

Good breadth of offerings in the staffing world and some boutique consulting services, although they have recently carved off some businesses and that is making them more niche again.

Cons

Constant turnover at the top levels. They have lost at least 2 CEOs (without any public notice) and there's been a lot of talent loss and role-shifting at the VP levels and above. They have radically changed comp plans within the Sales teams, and it's caused them to lose a lot of their A players. Cost-cutting seems to be the driver. Honestly, I'm not sure what their strategy is anymore. They seemed to have a "plan" when I was there, but they've become just another staffing company in my mind.
