This team takes their work seriously, but they don't take themselves too seriously. Planet Technology has created a fun, inviting, and supportive work environment for recruiters to expand their skills and knowledge of what makes a creative & digital candidate a great fit for our clients. I was given the opportunity to own my day-to-day and how quickly I progressed in my role. This was possible because of the incredible team leads and higher-ups who provide mentorship and clear expectations every step of the way. Also, the clients I was able to source for were exciting and innovative companies that my candidates were thrilled to be submitted to!

Cons

None - I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Planet Technology's Creative & Digital team. I'm only leaving because I'm going back to school.

Good breadth of offerings in the staffing world and some boutique consulting services, although they have recently carved off some businesses and that is making them more niche again.

Cons

Constant turnover at the top levels. They have lost at least 2 CEOs (without any public notice) and there's been a lot of talent loss and role-shifting at the VP levels and above. They have radically changed comp plans within the Sales teams, and it's caused them to lose a lot of their A players. Cost-cutting seems to be the driver. Honestly, I'm not sure what their strategy is anymore. They seemed to have a "plan" when I was there, but they've become just another staffing company in my mind.
