Pros

On a good contract. Great coworkers in the Bellevue office as a holdover from the acquisition of Launch/110 Consulting, Vestiges of a great work culture. remote work. When I reached out about correcting a gender pay gap on my team, they were receptive and helped close the gap.

Cons

After the acquisition by TPG, benefits and PTO have been cut every year. It feels like they are slowly stripping away the support that made this a great job. The HR / Recruiting department has had so much turnover its hard to develop a plan for advancing your career. TPG is moving from a company from which you can consult many companies to one that will dump you when your contract ends.

Pros

Good breadth of offerings in the staffing world and some boutique consulting services, although they have recently carved off some businesses and that is making them more niche again.

Cons

Constant turnover at the top levels. They have lost at least 2 CEOs (without any public notice) and there's been a lot of talent loss and role-shifting at the VP levels and above. They have radically changed comp plans within the Sales teams, and it's caused them to lose a lot of their A players. Cost-cutting seems to be the driver. Honestly, I'm not sure what their strategy is anymore. They seemed to have a "plan" when I was there, but they've become just another staffing company in my mind.
