Pros

The team I was on (better than a lot of them)

Cons

I came on with no previous staffing experience and did incredibly well my first year thanks to my team leads and managers. Unfortunately there was a massive change in company leadership and they just started layoff after layoff until it's now turned into a shell of what it was. It's more like a nightmare T*ksystems now. They changed up the commission structure which negatively affected basically everyone and it's now a workplace where you're fearing for your job everyday. Ew. Also the amount of employees I know who are still there that have reached out to see how I can aid in their escape is alarming.

Pros

Good breadth of offerings in the staffing world and some boutique consulting services, although they have recently carved off some businesses and that is making them more niche again.

Cons

Constant turnover at the top levels. They have lost at least 2 CEOs (without any public notice) and there's been a lot of talent loss and role-shifting at the VP levels and above. They have radically changed comp plans within the Sales teams, and it's caused them to lose a lot of their A players. Cost-cutting seems to be the driver. Honestly, I'm not sure what their strategy is anymore. They seemed to have a "plan" when I was there, but they've become just another staffing company in my mind.
