Pros

remote work, not constantly looking over your shoulder

Cons

The company does not value its employees. It says it does, but no one has had raises, even cost of living, in years. It doesn't listen/incorporate ideas for improvement. In an age where online presence and digital infrastructure is critical for success, they have so few tech developers that projects are consistently backlogged and minor bugs are left unattended. TPR used to be the gold standard for test prep... SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT but the quality for students has fallen so low... it's sad to see this once great company being destroyed by senior leadership.

Pros

The strategies and course content are great. Jealous of these students! All the materials are already provided to the instructors and you have the flexibility to bid for courses that fit your schedule. Very supportive admin team.

Cons

Wouldn't rely on this as main income as schedules/course biddings are not guaranteed. But I have never bid with full schedule availability so I can't say for sure.
