Business Outlook
Pros
The Princeton Review has a legacy of employees that care deeply about the students and schools that they are working with. The employees (their drive, ingenuity, and genuine care) are the shining star of this company.
Cons
The company has a long history of missteps from leadership, and, currently, things feel very unstable. Pay is also a major pain point for the company and has been for years. Cost of living raises do not exist, bonuses are almost non-existent, and most employees haven't had any type of pay raise in years.
