Pros

Not much in the way of supervision or management oversight, which means you'll sometimes get the freedom to create your own projects as long as they cost nothing. In this way you might be able to turn TPR into a stepping stone to something better.

Cons

- Ridiculously high turnover at every level - Low starting salary, no raises of any kind (no annual bump up, nothing for merit, etc) - Minimal opportunities for advancement - No matter your job title or function the company treats you as a glorified salesperson - Unsustainable workload, most managers admit that churn and burn is the accepted way of doing things

Pros

The strategies and course content are great. Jealous of these students! All the materials are already provided to the instructors and you have the flexibility to bid for courses that fit your schedule. Very supportive admin team.

Cons

Wouldn't rely on this as main income as schedules/course biddings are not guaranteed. But I have never bid with full schedule availability so I can't say for sure.
