Pros
Construction site party atmosphere, more like a construction or adult entertainment company than anything close to education. laid back minimum wage careless attitudes who are focused on having a good time. Lots of access to alcohol, and other stimulants in a peer pressuring setting. Great for people who are content with making low wages and continuing the I don't give a crap let's just hangout college lifestyle in their 50s. Biggest problem you will encounter is fixing a printer or hiding stuff once a month from managers who are absent and not answering calls or emails for weeks on end without any repercussions or alibis other than being in "meetings".
Cons
"We are not an affiliate of Princeton University" reads the small print that echoes the company's phony deceptive essence and the spineless culture. If you want to toil away for over a decade and earn as much as your Time Warner cable tv installer while working with underpaid undesirables then go ahead and take a sales role here where you will be joined by other people who do not anything. You'd see more action in a retirement home, the company culture Is let's play solitaire and fly under the radar together. You will likely even get punished by your manager and shunned by your teammates for completing your work in a timely manner and delivering on objectives. Also lots of morality lacking here among the married people and interoffice affairs most of this company I would not feel comfortable bringing my wife and kids around.
