Pros

The employees at TPR are some of the friendliest people you could ever hope to work with. Most TPR employees list the people and work culture as their favorite thing about the company.

Cons

The opportunities for professional development are limited. There is a very high rate of staff turnover at all levels (teachers, office employees, upper management). Constantly, things are constantly changing, and it's rare to go a full year without at least one major upset in the status quo. You get used to it after awhile, but it takes its toll.

Pros

The strategies and course content are great. Jealous of these students! All the materials are already provided to the instructors and you have the flexibility to bid for courses that fit your schedule. Very supportive admin team.

Cons

Wouldn't rely on this as main income as schedules/course biddings are not guaranteed. But I have never bid with full schedule availability so I can't say for sure.
