Pros

A select few of their employees are outstanding individuals. My location offered free parking.

Cons

The corporate leadership structure is appalling. The former CEO, resigned three days into my time with TPR, and his successor spent his introductory webinar casually confirming that individuals would be laid off, but that "[my] package is always well-received." He is a thunderously incompetent individual with little regard for the livelihood of his employees. The pay is competitive, but there is truly zero direction under the foreign parent company. An excellent job if you would like zero stability, and a ludicrously inappropriate leader.

Pros

The strategies and course content are great. Jealous of these students! All the materials are already provided to the instructors and you have the flexibility to bid for courses that fit your schedule. Very supportive admin team.

Cons

Wouldn't rely on this as main income as schedules/course biddings are not guaranteed. But I have never bid with full schedule availability so I can't say for sure.
