Pros

The Princeton Review really allows good opportunity for advancement within the company. If you have a willingness to get your hands dirty and take a roll up your sleeves approach to work operations under pressure, you eventually will be rewarded. You have the opportunity to take on an significant amount of ownership on they way you work, as long as your performance achieves set goals.

Cons

The dynamics in responsibilities and expectations can be overwellming. The work environment is very fast paced, high in employee turn-over, and rapidly changing in operation procedures and communications which can be very frustrating.

Pros

The strategies and course content are great. Jealous of these students! All the materials are already provided to the instructors and you have the flexibility to bid for courses that fit your schedule. Very supportive admin team.

Cons

Wouldn't rely on this as main income as schedules/course biddings are not guaranteed. But I have never bid with full schedule availability so I can't say for sure.
