Business Outlook
Pros
The Princeton Review has a very laid back work place that promotes companionship between the employees. They are a fair company when it comes to the benefits and time off that their employees deserve. They are willing to hire graduates with little experience, which is key in this volitile economy.
Cons
Management considers local office employees to be expendable and there is often high turnover because of this. The turnover makes it more difficult for the other employees to do their jobs. They often expect employees to take on a ton of extra work and do not offer any more compensation for taking on these responsibilities. The Princeton Review does not pay well and makes it very difficult for current employees to get a raise.
