Pros
I can't think of a single pro. I did like some of the people I worked with.
Cons
You are used up and exploited until you quit. Managers treat their employees like cattle, giving them so much work they are in the office until late at night..but the managers themselves leave early almost every day, or "work from home." The corporate culture is very deficit focused, and hard work is never rewarded. You're just always told to "do better," no matter how good your numbers are. The office I worked in also suffered from politics--lots of drama and backstabbing by management to keep everyone scared. I heard one woman was fired in retribution for complaining about an HR violation by her direct manager. They keep you afraid for your job and livelihood. They also blatantly disregard labor laws. DO NOT WORK HERE!
